I would shop here again. The price was right, the site was nice, free shipping, and they shipped promptly. I think their site says they are master plumber owned and operated and that meant a lot to me. They included more product information for the faucet I bought than other sites.

These folks are fantastic. The customer service (I did the online customer service) is top notch. First part of my order was done on the phone. Realized it was not necessary to speak directly with someone so ordered the rest on the DPO website. I outfitted 4 bathrooms and a kitchen. This is the 3rd time I have purchased faucets from DPO. I have been extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. One time one of the items in my order was not immediately available. They contacted me very promptly offering to ship in-stock items immediately and within 3 days the missing part at not extra charge, or to simply cancel the order. I opted for keeping the order, and as promised the missing item arrived punctually thereafter. DPO is a great vendor!

Prices compared a little more favorably than local showrooms since I did not have to pay for shipping. Did not compare it to other online merchants but will in the future after discovering that they carry so many items. It was fantastic and so refreshing to receive the rapid response to my questions through the live online communication thus eliminating the cost of gasoline to drive to nearest shop, not-to-mention the frustration of the constant interruptions and lack of knowledge of services encountered when dealing with salespersons while attempting to shop in stores.

I am replacing a Moen that I have had for nearly 25 years and it has never leaked a drop. We are just updating to a different style. I ordered 3 Delta Tub & Shower Trim Kits and 3 valve bodies on April 30, 2008. Designerplumbingoutlet had the lowest price anywhere on the kits, $37 lower than other internet competitors and $93 less than Lowe's with the tax figured in. With that low a price, I checked around for reviews and ratings which averaged out at 4.8 out of 5.0. My order was shipped from Nevada to Idaho in 3 days, almost before I hit the send key! What else can I say? 5.0 all the way for designerplumbingoutlet.com!!!

I looked all over the internet as well as in local stores for 30 towel rods in a Brushed Nickle finish. Everybody was either priced exorbantly high or did not carry them in the larger sizes. I was able to order them from designerplumbingoutlet.com at a very reasonable price. They arrived a couple of days later packed unbelivable in bubble wrap for protection. The best part of this shopping experience was the chance to have a live on-line chat with a represenative. And that representative was extremely helpful, informative and even offered to see if my faucet was presently in stock and it was. I received the delivery 3 days later.
